Zaiqa Food Ind is a prominent business in KSA for the period of more than 25 years and its distribution network spread accorss the kingdom. Here my duty was to coordinate and closley manage the logistics operation with the guideline of my senior manager. Making sure of FIFO and FEFO methods were also my duty. Negotiation with freight forwarders was also included in my tasks and I performed it pretty well. I was also involved in dealing with transporters to move the shipments where needed for storing or delivery to end user. I was communicating with overseas suppliers to get quotes and then placing purchase orders after negotiate about pricing and market scenario. To update and coordinate with my senior manager about the implementation of policies and procedures was the key aspect of my job description.
