SABAWON (Social Action Bureau for Assistance in Welfare and Organizational Networking) is a civil society organization working since 1996 in field of Education, Health, WASH etc. I am attached to Operations department and performing following duties.
• HRDO is responsible for staff capacity building & accountability.
• Ensure Staff accountability & learning plans are implemented in due time.
• Ensure maintenance of staff computerized record that is personal information system, pay roll system, time keeping etc.
• HRDO will have to look after all the HR related matters, staff welfare problems, and handle staff grievances.
• Bridging management and employee by addressing demands, grievances or other issues and propose best possible solutions.
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
• Assess training needs of SABAWON staff and share the findings with senior management.
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
• Ensure legal compliance throughout Human Resource Management.

• Formation & Strengthening of Women Committee Center’s.
• Develop and implement ideas for vocational programs with IDP’s women & girls.
• Conduct mapping, through consultation with women and girls, of pertinent vocational skills.
• Ensure all trainings organized by WPE team have clear objective, budgets and all procedures are followed appropriately.
• Liaise with key team members to ensure trainings on key topics are taking place according to the work plan and targets set for the program.
• Lead the design of vocational skills activities together with psychosocial officers and partner organization based on inputs from women IDPs.
• Ensure all vocational skill building take place in a safe environment as dictated by women and adolescent girls.
• Carry out awareness raising sessions and outreach activities to inform women and girls about services.
SABAWON (Social Action Bureau for Assistance in Welfare and Organizational Networking) is a civil society organization working since 1996 in field of Education, Health, WASH, and EFSL etc. I was attached to EFSL project performed following duties.
• To conduct survey of target communities with the support of CO/VO using poverty score card survey form provided by PPAF.
• Facilitate Data Entry Officer in data punching.
• Share the list of beneficiaries with CO/VO for finalization of vocational training.
• Impart vocational training to target beneficiaries.
• Prepare Daily, Weekly & Monthly activity report and share it with project coordinator.
• Conduct follow up of the vocational training beneficiaries.
• Prepare Daily, Weekly & Monthly work plan and share it with project coordinator.
• Prepare list of vulnerable people with support of CO/VO for distribution of assets for vocational training and transfer it to trainee.
• Ensure proper distribution of Asset to vulnerable beneficiaries.
• Update and report all presentable forms to project coordinator.
• Facilitate project coordinator in preparing donor periodic reports.

• Assist Manager PMER in preparing monthly, quarterly and annual project performance reports.
• Assist implementing/project staff in designing and developing data capturing tools for various M&E functions.
• Assist Manager PMER in collecting data coming from the project staff and regional offices.
• Conduct frequent field visit to target area. Ensuring accuracy and performance of field staff.
• Assist Manager PMER in qualitative and quantitative data analysis.
• Assist Manager PMER in coordination and execution of events related to Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) department.

• Mobilization of the target groups for the project.
• Community Dialogues and meetings for the implementation of required activities, as per agreed plans, necessary for efficient launching of the project;
• Identification of the Key activists and defining their role for better project results.
• Formation of committees for achieving project objectives and for developing built in mechanism with inside communities.
• Facilitation of committees/communities on project crux for effective results and the proper utilization from the awareness campaign.
• Capacity building of the committees/communities through trainings, dialogues and knowledge sharing.
• Reflecting of daily activities in daily field visit report (DFR) on regular basis.
• Planning of the activities in the close cooperation with the target group (Ensuring maximum community participation).
• Ensure Team work, close coordination with communities & other stakeholders, conflict resolution.
• Taking any required step, in close consultation with the District Coordinator, to ensure successful implementation of the project.
