• Working as Business Manager in Lahore Region.
• Managing all Juice business in all Modern Trade/Retail in the Region.
• Managing all Sales Executives/Distributors and their performance in reference to their
Targets and ensure a smooth operational functionality of distribution team .
• Conduct monthly business review meeting with S.Es & Distributors for comparing the
Sales number with actual targets and last year’s performance.
• Managing the realistic budgets for sales activities, promotional activities.
• Managing Supply chain /Logistics matters in all regions.
• Managing team building/ training, hiring and also set target for the Team.
• Forecasting the annual targets, quarterly and monthly targets for sales team.
