Operations
- Daily Reporting to OCAC (Oil Companies Advisory Council), Sitrep Report to NCS (Nordic Camp Supply).
- Manage Loading of MOGAS, HSD & JP-8 from PSO & BYCO.
- To Manage Transport Operations.
- To coordinate pricing rates with Transporter for day to day, short and long term Transport Contracts.
- To maintaining LaGuardia Transport Operations Standard and monitor contractor performance, monitor incident reports and evaluating performance to assist Group Director.
- To support LaGuardia Business Development Team, initial point of contact to transport vendors in Pakistan.
Administration
- To ensure proper coordination with vendors, Operations support teams and other departments; maintain relationships with Suppliers and deliver timely operations activities.
- Communicate operating procedures to Project team for substantiating the functional effectiveness of business
- Estimate costs of Transportation
- Ensure maintain database to support accounts receivables and payables.
Logistics Operations
- Lead logistic operations involving a variety of movement by sea & land
- Liaise with Sea liners, Transporters, Operators, General Cargo Handling Agents and Customs Authorities to ensure swift and hassle free operations and safe deliveries at sites including military camps / remote sites
- Ensure effective tracking of consignments and provide clients with up to date information through periodic status reports
- Ensure proper documentation of consignments to avoid transit delays
- Handle complete trans-shipments.

- Coordinate / Assist Finance Department for documentation of the Tank Lorries loaded from Byco.
- Coordinate with Terminal Manager at Daulatpur for daily Supply Chain activities.
- Daily Reporting to OCAC for IFEM and to OGRA for Physical Reporting of our Tank Lorries at Daulatpur.
- Data Compile for PR Meetings with OCAC.
- Liaison with General Manager Supply Chain for Incidental / Technical situation.
- Liaison between the transport companies, senior vendor reps and Senior management of LaGuardia Group to co-ordinate and deliver positive responses meeting all stakeholder expectations.
- Providing timely solution, resolution to vendor Operational issues.
