Supervision of accounts department and distribution of workload amount all individuals.
Manage specific industry and continuously check for updates in financial reporting standards.
Lead in Financial Module development by carrying out extensive testing and providing suggestions for enhancements.
Training new hires on the Financial Template, evaluating their performance and providing feedback to the management.
Account Officer
Key Responsibilities:
To ensure all payments due from customers are received on time.
Recording Car’s sales and purchase transactions in Oracle based customized software.
Recording daily bank payments and receipts than reconciling with bank statement on the weekly and monthly basis. Reporting expenses and sales on daily basis to the owner of the showroom.
Preparation of month-end profit and loss accounts and present it to the owner.
Preparation of expense sheets to analysis the total expense incurred on the car until sales to the customer.
Return on Investment calculation as well as commission computation.
