My name is Tayyeba Kiran and I hold an MPhil and BS degree in Psychology from University of Gujrat with distinction as I have achieved a Gold Medal in BS and a Silver Medal in MPhil. In MPhil, my area of specialization was Clinical Psychology and I obtained 3.91 CGPA. I did Fsc Pre-medical from Punjab Group of Colleges Lahore and Matriculation from Wisdom House School System with remarkable marks. And I'm also a certified Microsoft Office Specialist.

As far as professional experience is concerned, I have five years of post qualification experience in the field of Psychology, both as a lecturer and as a clinical psychologist/ counsellor at well-reputed Institutions of Pakistan. 

Moreover, I have carried out four research projects during MPhil and BS and I also developed a Prenatal Obsession Compulsion Scale, which was the 1st scale in Pak and 2nd in the world, to measure Prenatal obsessive compulsive symptoms. And my six research articles have been published in HEC recognized journals, while two research articles are accepted for publication and two articles are under process of review.

In addition, I presented my research paper at a national conference conducted at UOG back in 2016. And I have participated in several workshops and seminars related to the field of Psychology. 

Besides brilliant academic performance, I have always participated in several extra-curricular activities throughout my academic career, which include: Eng & urdu essay and letter writing competitions, speech & debate competitions and bait bazi etc, and have won many position holder, co-curricular activities and full attendance awards. Most importantly, I always secured 100%  attendance during my working tenure.

Last but not least, I have problem solving & analytical skills along with leadership, effective communication and decision making abilities. And I'm proficient in psychological assessment, interventions, research planning and article writing. And I wish to excel further in my career.
