Ø  Answer phone calls and direct callers to the appropriate party or keep messages
Ø  Resolving customer issues to their overall satisfaction.
Ø  Receiving shipments and distribute them
Ø  Preparing minutes of meetings.
Ø  Preparing duty roster and break schedules.
Ø  To negotiate suitable resolutions to complaints with customers under the direction of the Complaints and Appeals Manager.
