Online Student Portal defines as an application (web-based), that provides capabilities for multiple users with different permission levels to manage (all or a section of) content, data or information of a student. The portal helps the administration to plan and control the organizational operations and to respond it quickly to students changing. It provides a regular flow of information and also helps the administrationdecision-makingandcontrol. Wewilldesignauniversityportalwhichcontains information of the students that should improve efficiency of a university record management. Today the education system is demanding for new system in which they can easily manage the multiply department and can provide best and easy way to the student to do their works efficiently. Our student portalsportthebothsideworktotheuniversityandthestudentside.Following arethesoftware requirementof project ▪ Laravel5.4(MVCbasetechnology) ▪ Xampp/Wamp ▪ Bootstrap ▪ Brackets ▪ Browser It is a user-friendly web-application for student and the admin which reduces the burden and helps to manage all the sections related to the students like enrollment Management and complaint management, notifications management etc., which improve the processing efficiency. In university, enrollment management is the key process including the safe data store about the students as well as fast searching, delete and update of student’s information.The student portal for BIMS is to design based in order to illuminate the problem of the current system. This accessibility of the information is will be great advantage as it reduced human errors. With the proposed system, the administration will be able to monitor the movement of student records. Implementation of proposed system will have reduced the time spent for paperwork. The web based application of student portal for bims consists of five modules in total, namely ▪ FinalDMC ▪ Attendance ▪ CourseEnrollment ▪ Notification/Alerts ▪ Complain This portal helps students and departments to keep their records saved in a sequence and also minimize their effort. Users always want an efficient platform where they can get the guidance they are seeking for. All they need is desired platform where they can get maximum things in one box. User always prefers those web apps that provide maximum functionalities in it instead of make them annoyed and frustrated.
