• Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, fixes, firmware upgrades and security configurations.
• Configure and install network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls)
• Responsible for the operation and availability of all devices via LAN and their maintenance.
• Responsible for H/W and S/W troubleshooting. Responsible for facilitating all IT /computer related requests
• Responsible for providing internet to users. Work with TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS and Ethernet technologies
• Responsible for maintaining and repairing routers and switches. Diagnose remote workstation errors, perform user administration and set up user accounts.
• Configure anti-virus software to fully protect environment IT. Monitor computer system performance and troubleshoot issues related to the deployment of software updates/patches
• Respond to support requests via phone/email. Perform password changes and Active Directory support
• Install and configure printers and scanners Configure and Install and configure end user software MS Office, Software, Hardware, Server,
• In-depth knowledge in the diagnosis of operating systems software/hardware failures and developing solutions.
• Extensive application support experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Project, Visio as well as Adobe Standard/Pro.
