My responsibilities includes
bull Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
bull Respond efficiently to any online or telephone queries and report to GM.
bull Produce reports on progress within the department and outline any development strategies to improve their working.
bull Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or materials.
bull Having handful knowledge of partiesrsquo approval from head office.
bull Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports to GM.
bull Always well equipped with running customerrsquos current status.
bull Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness in Web Based and ERP system.
bull Completing the administrative needs of the Sales Department.
bull Inform sales team of delays of payments/orders as directed by GM.
bull Continuously monitoring the team to identify shortcomings amp proposed improvements to HOD.
bull Always working as a bond between HOD, Sales team and accountants of all sales offices of the North-I zone for execution of company policies.
bull Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events.
bull Accounting for the sales amp collections, follow up for the timely collections from all the customers and relevant sale person.
bull Prepare and finalize Sale Report on day end.
bull Tally Sale Report from the factory.
bull Performs any other tasks assigned by my seniors.
