I am a metallurgical engineer doing job as a Management Trainee Officer at Naveena Steel in production department (Refractory).Managing all operational work lining of furnace, ladle making/repairing and also ladle operation work. Working on both types of lining Neutral and acidic on furnaces. Alumina (Neutral) Quartzite (Acidic). Counter issues appeared during operation of Neutral lining and acidic lining and their repair work. Working on Ladle making of Acidic Quartzite (Boric Acid as a binder). Using Different types of Binders Cast able and coil coats using in furnace and ladle operation, therefore it is really important for me to work in a disciplined environment and learn and improve my self in my future endeavors. I wish to serve any organization my heart and my soul.
