Gilgit Baltistan Child Labour Survey:
 
# Oversee and guide the implementation of Gilgit Baltistan Child Labor Survey according to the policy, strategy, action plan, and other guidelines.
# Provide support to the PD and other stakeholder in timely execution of all the below mentioned activities, Data analysis and sharing of preliminary results of CLS
o Compilation of feedback on the draft CLS report form all stakeholders.
o Printing &  Dissemination of CLS report
# Coordinate with the Consultants and provide due support to P&DD in data related issues (data cleaning, coding, translation of \"others\" etc.)
# Prepare monthly reports detailing the progress on the following outputs:
o Meetings conducted: Participate in all meetings organized for GBCLS (Gilgit Baltistan Child Labor Survey) and regularly coordinate with UNICEF.
o Systems/Applications Functioning: Regularly coordinate with UNICEF Data and Knowledge Management Officer
 
Child Protection Case Management and Referral System GB:
 
Coordinate with and support the SWD to implement CP Response Act 2017 and establish a Child Protection Case Management and Referral system. Work closely with SWD for the implementation of CP legislation
o Support SWD in finalizing design of the CP case management and referral system and its approval from the CP Commission and in finalizing the Communication package and field testing of the products.
o Coordinate and support SWD in organizing capacity building trainings including the training on communication package.
o Support SWD in renovation and establishment of District Child Protection Unit as a pilot in Gilgit Region which will be further replicated in other districts of GB.
Birth Registration/ CRVS Gilgit Baltistan:
 
# Coordinate with and provide support to the focal persons for CRVS and BR in the P&DD and LG&RDD Govt of GB
# Oversee the implementation of interventions,  Devise a mechanism for regular collaboration and coordination with other relevant government departments, specially the Health department in GB
# Reporting monthly progress on the activities and meetings held on CRVS/BR
# Facilitate inter agency coordination on CRVS ensuring that the other UN agencies specifically WHO,UNFPA,UNHCR and IOM are engaged in the dialogue and program design are engaged in the dialogue and program design

• Preparation of MER plan and other activities.
• Identification of the training needs of NRSP regional staff and all HRD activities.
• Reporting to Head Office on all training activities and related information.
• Preparation of Regional Project Proposals for HRD components of Programme including R & D activities.
• Conducting feasibility studies, cost benefits and cost effectives studies.
• Compilation of monthly and quarterly report.
• Overseeing implementation of MER programme and training / guidance of MER Programs.
• Preparation and presentation of Quarterly and Annually reports for the region.
• To supervise/ compile the Situation Analysis carried out of each UC in programme area.

• Track the Coverage of Households and population at village, Union Council, Tehsil and District Level.
• Inform the concerned district team and staff for over/under coverage of households and population of the survey areas.
• Collect sample data as per quality control indicators and undertake analysis.
• Coordinate with spot check organizations and other BISP/ World Bank consultants engaged for the survey

• Check and correct procedures of NRSP
• Observe and report internal control and checks of the region.
• Check and update regional financial record
• Observe field activities.
• Confirm the documentation of expenditure.
• Evaluate the expenditure statements and physical verification of NRSP assets.
• Review Problems faced by NRSP Staff during Recovery

• Responsibilities include designing, planning and implementation of the monthly sales.

Plan and implement marketing strategy, including advertising, plan and implement sales and customer retention and development. Plan and manage sales and marketing resources according to agreed budgets. Manage relevant reporting of management and financial information for the sales and marketing departments. Project completion in the given time frame. Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, and relevant internal liaison, to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer and satisfaction. Update relevant information held in these systems. Respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods.

Discussing and making a database according the requirements of management for Medical stores, Clinics and hospital in the reconstruction of Mission Hospital achieving the objective in the defined time.

Worked on Oracle based software system & implemented that software & gave training to the company employees in all modules of the software.
Worked as account assistant to handle the company’s sales, payables account and petty cash.
Worked as logistics coordinator in United Lube Oil Company and successfully arranging Maximum Tankers at low price for the export of Base oil in U.A.E.
Worked as Warehouse in-charge, to implement the standard operation systems for the ware house for the incoming and outgoing material and give relevant information to the accounts.
Successfully re-established Access control system and Printing ID Cards for all company employees.
Successfully installed new IBM server with Microsoft Exchange & IIS server for the company’s E-mail account and migrate all database & users data from old server to new server.

While working as Computer assistant & graphics designer for Pakistan Television Corporation Peshawar I established flash made background animation & for the first time in Peshawar PTV I started to give background sound through computer to the audio panel.

As a course co-coordinator in Institute of computer and Management Sciences Peshawar Pakistan, I generate affective business while motivated students for the computer courses and Bachelors Program. Also for the first time I started computer special courses for Doctors, Police personnel, Govt Employees and working women.
