• Develop and monitor clear work plans and strategies for all activities in coordination with and under supervision of the Country Representative, Programme Coordinator, CPOs, and staff in the field;
• Monitor and supervise the overall implementation of all activities.
• Ensure that all activities are ongoing and implemented according to AAR Japan as well as donor policies, such as construction work, trainings, distributions of materials, etc. through field visits;
