· Evaluate tenders from contractors.

• Maintaining constant liaison with Clients regarding progress and technical discussion and safe operation all site activities.
• Verifications of Sub-Contractor Bills.
• Supervision of all site activities and preparation of daily site reports.
• Material takeoff as per IFC (Issued for Construction) Drawings.
• To raise RFI’s and obtain approval from client.

Designation: Quantity Surveyor
Responsibilities
• Preparation of daily activity reports.
• To take Responsibility for constant surveillance of the work force, quality of work, safety, Schedule & productivity of personnel, sub-contractors and associated support.
• To ensure the timely completion of work and that the work is being carried out as per the approved QA/QC plans of project.
• Ensuring that all materials used on site comply with their respective specifications.
• Ensuring that appropriate quality records are maintained on site.
• Supervision of rebar fixing according to construction drawings for bridges, culverts construction.
• Supervision of all underground drainage systems and approval of all inspection requests.
