Currently working as an Audit Senior (G1) in the Assurance Department having previously worked as audit executive and audit associate on various projects. I understand regulatory environments of diversified industries, key business processes and the accounting and internal control systems along with significance of strengthening competence in financial reporting and related matters. After graduation, it has been 3 years now in the field of Audit as a CA trainee.
Key Responsibilities as senior in charge:
 Analyzing impacts of adoption of new accounting standards, proposition of accounting treatments and application of Accounting Models (ECL , IFRS 16 etc.).
 Assessing and advising clients on Tax, Companies Act 2017, Code of Corporate Governance and other legal and statutory Compliances
 Auditing and reviewing financial statements and group reporting packages in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards, local corporate laws and directives of regulatory authorities;
 Assigning, supervising and reviewing work of fellow team members and updating the team managers and engagement leader about the same and day to day handling of the job issues including liaison with client’s top management;
 Hands on experience in assisting clients in preparation of interim and annual consolidated and unconsolidated financial statements, special purpose financial statements and group reporting packages;
 Liaising with, and developing good working relationships with the client to deliver engagement expectations; and
 Coordinating with third party professionals including actuaries, valuators, lawyers and information technology experts.
