· Visiting to Computer Lab and Library centers in Refugee Villages

Responsibilities And Duties Which Were to Be Performed by Me as a (SO) Social Organizer.
1. VILLAGE ASSESSMENT.
To Find Out Those Villages in Assigned U/C Which Full Fill the Criteria of The Project.
2. VDC FORMATION, BENEFICIARY SELECTION AND SCHEME SELECTION.
After Village Selection We Go Through Formation Of Village Development Comity VDC By Selection And Selection According To The Community Demand After VDC Formation We Selected Beneficiary From The Villages According To Beneficiary Selection Criteria For Working On Scheme In Three 3 Cycles 12 Days Of Each Cycle Of Project.
3. SCHEME SELECTION.
According To Scheme Selection Criteria We Have Selected Different Schemes In Different Villages Like Rehabilitation Of Agriculture BAND, Rehabilitation Of KAREZAAT, S, Rehabilitation And Construction Of MAABATHAA And Rehabilitation And Construction Of Livestock BAR.
4. FEMALE TRAININGS.
For Female VDC’s And Beneficiaries We Conducted Different Trainings of Sewing Cutting, Livestock Management, Poultry Forming, Kitchen Gardening, Health And HYGEIN, To Empower the Female and Have Mobilize Them to Buy Goats and Poultry by Project Cash to Do Your Own Family Business And Family Nutrition.
· Social Mobilizer is responsible for mobilizing the community through dialogue, awareness raising and using PRAMRA tools to identify causes of local problems and their solutions.
· SM will form a health management committee from the community for each BHU to take ownership and management at local level for the facilities.
· SM will provide facilitation in the group formation, election of representatives, record keeping, internal saving mechanism and training/ capacity building of the HMC members.
· SM will ensure active community support for the project activities and ownership. SM will facilitate the weekly meetings of these HMCs and participate from ORGANIZATION\'s side.
· SM will identify and proactively communicate any issues that might affect the project implementation and engage community support with guidance from the Provincial Coordinator and Sr. Program Officer to address the issues.
· Collection and dissemination of information between communities, ORGAN IZATION project staff and stakeholders.
· Reporting the progress on regular basis
· Carry out other project related functional roles as requested and guided by Provincial Coordinator, Project Engineer, and Sr. Program Officer. Other duties as assigned by Provincial Coordinator, Sr. Program Officer, and Project Engineer.
· Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company’s plans and vision and communicate them to subordinates.
