Position: Project Engineer
Project:

1. G+4 Story Labor Camp In Dubai Investment Park 2. Dubai.
2. Construction Of Self Storage In Jabel Ali, Dubai.
3. Construction Of 2 Buildings 2B+G+4 Story In Dubai Media Production Zone. Dubai.
4. 2B+G+3 Interior Fit-out Work with Oracles.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate with the project manager and procurement to evaluate and hire contractors.
Perform customer relations activities and promote teamwork with owner, architect, engineers, inspectors, safety officials, subcontractors and key personnel.
Work with inspectors, environmental authorities and health and safety authorities to ensure all relevant rules, regulations, laws and requirements are met or exceeded.
Perform project mobilization and demobilization. Develop staging plan and jobsite safety plan with Project Manager.
Determine sequence of activities concerned with fabrication, assembly and erection of structures.
Develop construction schedules and estimate requirements for completion of project. Maintain time and production records.
Constant review and inspection of materials and workmanship throughout the project to ensure compliance with specifications and adherence to construction schedules.
Work with Project Manager to monitor budget and expenses to ensure all work is completed within or under budget and in the most cost effective manner.
Under the direction of the Client, perform cost estimates and negotiate change orders, additional orders and redesign orders.
In conjunction with the Client, resolve schedule conflicts. Attend or conduct project meetings.
Pre-construction meeting with appropriate individuals (project team, contractors, architects, engineers).
Weekly job site meetings.

Quality control and quality assurance.
Non Conformance Report, Inspection & Test Planning.
Quantity Surveying & planning project all activities.
Plan and monitor daily site activities.
Plan and monitor Labor productivity.
Prepare Bar bending schedule.
Take out quantities of Concrete, Steel, Block, Plaster & Tiles
Prepare subcontractor payment certificate.
Prepare Company Monthly invoice.
Prepare program of works using Primavera P6 software.
Prepare and monitor a Cash flow and monthly progress curves.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports.
Liaison with Client, Consultant and subcontractors at all levels.
Securing approvals from Municipality and other related Service provides like (ADSC)

Responsibilities:
Calculate Dead & Live load for structural calculations.
Design structural elements like Foundation, Columns, Beam & Slab of various industrial and commercial buildings.
Structural Steel Design, and preparing shop drawing.
Familiar with Design code like ACI 98 & 2004 & UBS & LRFD.
Conducting site inspection before pouring of concrete.
