JOB RESPONSIBLITIES
• Preparation of General Ledger, monthly expenditure reports, T.B, Receipt & Payment accounts and reconciliation of funds with all bank accounts.

• Leading a team comprising of 252 employees of various profession i.e Medical, Finance, Monitoring and General Cadre, for the provision of improved primary healthcare services through management of 22 Basic Health Units of Kurram Agency.
• Monitoring of BHUs staff for provision of preventive, promotive & curative healthcare services and taking necessary measurements for further improvement of the services.
• Human resource management of Basic health facilities and District/Agency Support Unit.
• Maintaining liaison with Political Administration, Agency Surgeon, Finance & Account offices and others stake holders.
• Procurement of life saving DRUGS & MEDICINES for Basic Health Units.
• Active participation in polio eradication campaigns and awareness.
• Capacity buildings of Basic Health Units & District/Agency Support Unit staff.
• Organizing dengue/polio awareness walk and fumigations for the prevention of malaria & dengue fever.
• Organizing free medical camps (IDPs/outbreak) and seminars.
• Preparation & implementation of monthly plan for awareness sessions i.e. school health sessions, community health sessions, madrasa health sessions and support group meetings at BHUs catchment areas to achieve desired goals and objectives.
• Presentations at district and provincial level meetings on PHC services.
• Looking after all financial matters of BHUs & DSU.
