Hands on practice on HRIS (Time Trax), creation of New Employee Account and issuing new Login Credentials, Upgradation of employee's personal, company and Payroll Information (EOBI, Cost Centers and Provident Fund upon Confirmation).
Other working on HRIS (Time Trax) includes Recording Increment Transactions, Upgradation of position titles and designation and cost centers after promotions and departmental transfer, Salary Stop or Salary Release.
Liaison with Finance Department regarding Employees salary and Hospitalization Insurance, Increments and other monetary changes or arrears of employees.
Responsible for KPMG yearly Audit of Employee record.
Assist Manager HR in execution and implementation of Career Development Programs like Commercial Development Program.
Ensure compliance of LFG and 5S in respective domain.
Making and Posting, Updating and removing Job Ads on Social Media Websites.
Shortlisting of CV's according to Job Description and Conducting Telephonic Interviews by contacting candidates and Scheduling Interviews of Shortlisted candidates.
Preparing reports on HR related operations (Shortlisted Candidates and their specification, Headcount Sheets, Joiners and Leavers List and other reports on Excel).
Work on time sheet regularly of all PAC's staff and updating status on them on regular basis. Maintaining White Collar and Admin Staff leaves record.
Assist in preparation of Payroll, Deduction Sheet and HRMs Queries.
Maintaining physical and digital employment records.
My responsibilities in this role included Lining up interviews, File Maintenances, Preparing Employee Data Base, Preparing Files of newly hired employees according to checklist, Maintaining Attendance Record, Employee Leaves Record and Maintaining Miscellaneous Documents.
