Junani’s horizon of consulting in learning design and delivery ranges from national-level working groups to ethnic to community-based initiatives. Previously he was working with USAID grant name Azmenaujawan on Rose educational society platform as a lead trainer, he has also worked as a monitoring officer at Leading future organization, he has an ability to manage team and leading his people in challenging situations.
He has founded a business development company named “WORLD SOFTECH” where he worked as co-founder and HR officer. He also took an startup of IT information with collaboration of Rose education named by Rosetech which is now excellently running by his 2 former partners.
He also took a startup of development sector named “ digital lyari” he is a vice president at Karachi LEO galaxy club too.
Recently he was providing his corporate service to Dr Essa lab and diagnostic center.

Executive coordinator
I was previously working as Corporate Coordinator at Essa lab where used to deal
with corporate public relations, managing high profile protocols at the airport and
providing facilitation and solutions to corporate clients and passengers
at the airport branch inside the airport.
Project Coordinator
Here I was working with school of leadership foundation as project cordinator in Sindh youth lead program. This program was organized and funded by YEEP and UNDP & implemented by solf where we provided emplyment and internship opportunities to youth after their graduation in different corporate companies and goverment entities.

Here I Conducts circle time, training sessions, conducts senior grade classes for 3 subjects, maintains lesson plans and prepare presentation.
