Responsibilities: Admin, HR, IT, General & Commercial Insurance, Contract Agreements, Dealing with Govt Departments, PEC, EOBI, SESSI, All Sorts of Correspondence etc. Manage complete Administration and day to day functioning of the office. Complete HR and Manage complete personnel data and leave record in computer and Management Information Reports through software developed and maintained by me. Manage complete salaries/wages preparation through software developed and maintained by me. Manage all matters related to PEC, EOBI and SESSI Portals, Including Renewal of PEC License. Prepare and submit Operation and maintenance Contracts. Correspondence for renewal and enhancement in contract value of maintenance Contracts. Complete correspondence related to Operation and Maintenance site matters. Complete correspondence for renewal and other matters related to Commercial Insurance. (Bonds, Guarantees, Policies etc.) Complete correspondence for renewal and other matters related to General Insurance. (Vehicle Insurance, Fire Policies etc.) Complete correspondence for renewal and claim matters related to Group life Insurance of employees. Correspond to collect tender documents and apply for prequalification.
