Conduct surveys and prepare estimates of damaged housing as per project guide lines. Damage assessment and eligibility check of the private rural housing as per requirements. Supervision of physical execution of civil works. Process the installment request for disbursement after due diligence Ensure timely completion of the works as per required specifications and quality standards.Training and Capacity building of community and masons in villages/Union Councils. Report on progress of housing damage assessment and reconstruction on prescribed formats and as and when required through proper channel. Review field situation on a regular basis for community need assessment and market status.

To manage the construction activities with civil team for civil phase of works at site in accordance of sow & specification of work. To mobilize material, equipment or manpower as per site conditions and requirements as well as respective coordination with HR, Procurement, technical section, QA/QC department etc. Technical meetings with HEI-Siemens & WAPDA Regarding work progress. Prepare new work proposals & estimates, updating the work schedule for adjustments according to changing conditions. Ensuring that every work is completing by considering H&SE requirement.  Ensuring that work practices and installation meet the required quality standards.

Under the supervision of a senior engineer or professional engineer (PE), participated in the development and execution of engineering projects. This may include design, implementation and testing. Provided statistical reports and data on the engineering project to carefully document the process, provided necessary invoicing, purchased needed materials and equipment. This can involve defining and developing policies and procedures for engineering projects being developed as well. Work involved travel to project sites to provide field research and ensure projects are completed in a timely manner and within budget guidelines.

Site Engineer (Earth Work) Responsible for monitoring the progress of works within the team, advising the relevant Manager at agreed periodicities, and agreeing alterations to programs of work or working patterns as required.
