Stay updated with bank’s internal Policies, Circulars / Directives, Manuals & Regulatory Framework.
Conduct monthly branches visits to ensure adherence of updated Internal, SBP & Regulatory SOPs and ultimate achieving the desired goals.
Ensure maximum efforts for spot rectification through on-site visits.
Receive, review of reports to ascertain the quality of reports in terms of maximum products/ processes (regulatory/ internal) coverage with analysis
Fragrant issues identification and reporting.
Identification of leakage of income and recovery.
Internal Controls for proper execution of duties and motivate the staff.
Lead, motivate, train and coach all front-end staff in different areas to ensure that their technical & core competencies are developed to full potential.
Ensure root cause analysis and suggestions.
Ensure review of Internal, External & SBP audit reports. Further also suggest Cluster/ Regional/ District Management to devise a mechanism for proper implementation and to trigger down quantum of exceptions & repetition rate of highlighted gaps in the branches.

Ensure the Completion of exercises received from HO / RHQ / Different tires.
Monitoring Dashboard on Daily Basis.
Monthly / Regular Checking of GLs (Others Assets / Sundry Deposit.)
Ensuring Balancing / Settling of Outstanding GL Entries
Evaluate & ensure the branch outlook is maintained as per the House keeping guidelines
Conduct branch visits and highlight the grey areas
Prepare the visit report and coach the staff through onsite training
Conduct the trainings at district level on monthly basis
Arrange relieving arrangement
Ensure effective formal communication between branches, district office, regional office, cluster office and head office
