The overall responsible for technical design of programs, team capacity building, program quality assurance, ensuring the appropriate use of human resources, ensuring objectives are met on time and within the budget, and representation in coordination forum. Worked with WVI for management of WATSAN projects funded by UNICEF with mainly focused on management of project implementation, project office, coordination with authorities, monitoring and supervision of capacity building activities, financial management, contracts management of contractor for construction work, developed multiple training manuals for SMCs, teachers and community groups and developed community mobilization strategy for health and hygiene promotion. Identified targeted communities that meets WASH criteria for area selection; affected by Natural disasters i.e. Floods, earthquake, drought. High communicable water-related disease cases/prevalence/outbreaks, i.e. diarrhea, cholera, malaria, etc.
