Responsible for planning, coordinating, implementation of the project in accordance with the donor’s requirements, MdM’s values and guidelines, and with respect to the humanitarian principles advocated by MdM; representing MdM with local authorities, and ensuring that the operations deployed are delivering quality health care and other services to the beneficiaries. Achievements:Plans, supervises, monitors, and timely implements all program activities with the support of Admin/Finance and Logs in accordance with the plans and directives of the coordination team and the General coordinator; -Creates bonds and develops strong networking channels with community stakeholders i.e. beneficiaries, traditional leaders, and elders in addition to the local governmental agencies and institutions present in the area of his/her field site; report on monthly basis to the Field Coordinator the activities related to networking; -Responsible for the budget management assigned to the project; pilots the proper planning, sizing, and coordination of all financial and material resources related to the project; -   Regular visits of the project’s sites to ensure that the quality of operations.

Integration of DRR into country strategy and programming. Elaborate DRR methodology, strategy, and action plan and coordinate with the DRR team and Medical team for effective implementation of CBDRR activities. Monitor international, national, and local policies/strategy.

Responsible for design and implement community outreach activities with close coordination with community stakeholders, BHU staff, and health department. Training of community learning workers and community educators to disseminate the messages in the community. Development, the printing of IEC material in line with the requirement of the program and dissemination of the material among the targeted stakeholders. Monitoring visit in order to capture the progress of the program and address any potential challenges in the field .

Responsible for overall program management, implementation and monitoring with annual budget portfolio of around 2 Million Euros of multi donor contribution i.e. German MOFA, EU and ECHO. Responsiblities:Responsible for the strategic leadership and development of IRC’s Education Program. The overall responsible for technical design of programs, team capacity building, program quality assurance, ensuring the appropriate use of human resources, ensuring objectives are met on time and within the budget, and representation in coordination forum. Achievements: Developed Strategic Action Planning process for the sectoral context analysis and accordingly selecting the priorities for Pakistan country office against relevant outcomes.
Developed Concept notes and proposals according to the guidelines of UNICEF.Donor reporting (Interim and Final report)
Developed strong relationships with relevant government partners and also potential donors in Pakistan. Represent IRC in cluster/sub-cluster meetings, protection cluster meetings, working groups and at other relevant meetings and task forces at provincial level.

Leads the IRC’s efforts to meet conflict-affected people’s safety and protection needs, reducing risk and responding to cases of violence, coercion and deprivation, as well as mainstreaming protection throughout the IRC and partners’ response in IDPs camps. This includes Protection, GBV and CP case management, CCSAS and recreational activities, Protection monitoring and information provision, mainstreaming and training, GBV, psychosocial and women’s empowerment activities. ü  Provide strategic direction, leadership and overall technical and management support to protection, women’s protection and child protection programming in IDPs camps ensuring it is needs-based, context-appropriate, responsive, coherent, collaborative, and operationally feasible.
ü  Lead a comprehensive assessment of opportunities for greater cross-sector integration within IRC’s program units, and develop/review the workplan for reaching integration goals, both with respect to programs implemented directly by IRC as well as those delivered in partnership; as required, support development of cross-sector SOPs, tools, training modules.
ü  Contribute to the advocacy efforts of IRC through analysis of the policy environment and trends, staff briefings, and external representation in relevant discussions the region.
ü  In collaboration with program, finance, HR and Supply Chain departments, ensure smooth management, implementation, integration and compliance of project work plans and budgets (budget forecasting, spending plans, procurement plans and expenditure), with best use of resources across activities and delivering on time, to scope and within budget

Main activities and responsibilities

Under the supervision of Program Coordinator responsible for effective implementation of the Basic Education program in the camp. Moreover, participate in the planning of Basic Education implementation strategies and also responsible for facilitating and mobilizing program planning, and development of monitoring and supervision tools, training of teachers, PTA members, cluster supervisors, Education, community volunteers, and Parents.

Achievements:

Developed and improved the work coordination with local key partners including community, NGO, International bodies, Coordinate with District Program Manager, Education Coordinator and DOE for effective implementation of the education project activities
 Ensure clear guidance and standards to all staff in compliance with all agreements & project proposals. I am also representing SC-Alliance in Education Working Group and participate in other educational forums.
Responsible to train Govt. Teachers on Early grade reading components, develop a lesson plan to improve reading of primary grade students.
Assist advisor in proposal development and program implementation. Work in close collaboration with the community and teachers. Develop progress reports, work plans, budget plans, and monthly financial projections.
Submit operational plans, review and monitor activities on a regular basis and ensure project expenditures are used within limits and guidelines approved by PC. Generate monthly, quarterly and annual reports and case studies of project activities.

Responsiblities
Lead the assessment, planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH) activities in the affected community in line with the needs of the community, projects target and schedule.
Achievements:
 Worked with WVI for management of WATSAN projects funded by UNICEF with mainly focused on management of project implementation, project office, coordination with authorities, monitoring and supervision of capacity building activities, financial management, contracts management of contractor for construction work, developed multiple training manuals for SMCs, teachers and community groups and developed community mobilization strategy for health and hygiene promotion. Identified  targeted communities that meets WASH criteria for area selection; affected by Natural disasters i.e. Floods, earthquake, drought. High communicable water-related disease cases/prevalence/outbreaks, i.e. diarrhea, cholera, malaria, etc.
