Brief Job Description related Accounting Responsibilities: • Prepare books of accounts including vouchers, ledgers, trial balance & balance sheet
• Prepare Cheques & ensure that all the vouchers liaison with supporting documents.
• Prepare Cash & Bank Statements.
• Submit all required reports on their specified time i.e. (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly & yearly.
• Maintain Company’s Fixed Asset Register Manually as well as Computerized.
• Ensure that payments from customers must be received.
• Maintain & update the record of received & paid payments with particular case or party name & payment date.
• Collect & Prepare summary of all unpaid invoices and take the approval from the management for payments.
• Maintain Inflow & Outflow Project Wise.
• Prepare & reconcile Bank Statements with Company’s GL & Cash/Bank Statements.
• Assist the Finance Manager in the preparation of budget
• Oversee the financial operations of foreign branch
• Ensure that all financial reports and records plus all supporting documentation are appropriately filed for future reference.
• Prepare individual & consolidated project wise Inflow & Outflow
• Prepare the detail of outstanding expenses on daily basis
• Prepare reports on ad-hoc basis required by management

• Collection of Withholding Income Tax Challan from customers.
• Update all files related to Income Tax.
