.Was responsible to prepare activity implementation plan and discuss the required resources to undertake the activity.
.To insure the community participation the project activity.
.Form/re-organize village committee, Community based organization (CBOs) Male/Female.
.To conduct village mapping/profiling through different PRA tools(i.e is BBCMs, Mapping/profile,conflict resolution wealth ranking etc.
.To mobilize community and orient project and organizations mandate.
.Work with community members to map and prioritize community needs.
.To identify and organize appropriate capacity building,and technical resources to support project implementation.
.To ensure efficient and effective implementation of Food Security,Livelihoods,Cash transfer and WASH related interventions at community level.
.To mobilize community groups,sensitize and train them on specific topics as required,organize and facilitate meetings
· Responsible to mobilize target communities for their involvement in project
activities and facilitate the community in the formation of committees ensuring their roles will contribute in the overall goal achievement of the project.
· Responsible for the mobilization of the community for the project activities and seek their support and involvement in the project activities.
· Conduct inception meetings in the target areas with the support of key contact and share the details of project activities and objectives and introduce AVDP.
· Facilitate the community for establishment of Project committees for the project through sharing of the roles and responsibilities of the Committees.
· Facilitate the process of identification of members for CFW and ensure the documentation of the process.
· Arrange Community meetings as per social mobilization strategy for the ongoing and planned activities of the project.
· Maintain an employee database and their useful information in an accurate manner.
· Prepare tha back up of all the data and information.
· Make reports and prepare data in a useful manner.
· Keep confidential information securely.
· Process purchase requisitions / orders within purchasing authority
· Invite, assess, and award/recommend supplier tenders, bids, quotations, and proposals
· Establish and negotiate contract terms and conditions, and maintain supplier relationships
· Prepare and maintain purchasing records, reports and price lists
· Work with internal and external stakeholders to determine procurement needs, quality, and delivery requirements
· Assist in the development of specifications for equipment, materials, and services to be purchased
· Administer contract performance, including delivery, receipt, warranty, damages and insurance
· Reconcile or resolve value discrepancies
· Comply with and maintain knowledge of applicable rules, legislation, regulations, standards, and best practices
· Address staffing resource needs and supervise purchasing clerks
· Develop and maintain constructive and cooperative working relationships with colleagues and management
