It is a small trading company which has successfully completed 3 years of trading. We handle clients investments on profit & loss sharing basis.
The company is manufacturer of Steel & PVC pipes of various sizes and dimensions. The task was to automate the company accounts and supervise accounts department. The company had previously tried to automate the system but was not successful. The staff was suspicious about any new systems. Resultantly the owners were continuously miscalculating regarding cash, bank balances and stocks.
It was suggested that Sage Accounting Software (Peach Tree) be installed. The same was achieved by encouraging staff members and explaining them how to feed transactions. Consequently the management can see their total turnover at any point of time, can manage Accounts Receivables and Payables more effectively. The stock level has also started reducing as now the management has more control over company accounts. A trading concern in UAE was suggested to reduce middlemen in raw material supply chain. The same was registered in 2013 in my name and resulted in exceptional profits.
