Responsible for IT related procurement which include creation and management of request for quotations (RFQs), requests for proposals (RFPs), requests for information (RFI) and managing International supplier relationships.

Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, negotiating pricing, establishing terms and conditions for services, resolving invoice discrepancies and communicating the status of purchases

• Receive, review and process orders from sales department through SAP, carrying out all operations of Logistics and Distribution through SAP System.
• Preparation of orders and coordination between Sales, Finance, BMs and the Customers with accuracy for on-time delivery.
• Perform closely with supervisors to put into practice company’s policies, procedures and objectives. Strong working relationship and interface with internal departments including Operations, Sales, Logistics.


• Responsible for distributing FMCG products of various brands in retail outlets all around UAE. Ensure the delivery of goods at the right time, right place and at right price according to Customer need.
• Monitor order status, communicating any issues to customers/suppliers.
• Checking stock availability and share the same information to concerned Brand Managers/ Sales personnel.
• Follow-up for timely approvals by other departments. Communicate pricing and product errors and issues with appropriate departments to ensure accuracy and up-to-date processes and information. Perform Inventory related matters in SAP when or if required.

-Responsible for clearing all the import shipments, managing all the necessary documents properly -and with responsibility.
-Tasks and Responsibilities Include: Handling all the import documents, managing the instructions from consignee and communicating with the shipping line/ forwarder, preparing and filing of Goods Declaration, calculating Custom Duty and Excise. Perform every clearance of the shipment with complete responsibility and procedures.
-Necessary procedures include various procedures such as dealing with Shipping Lines, Banks and Freight Forwarders in order to ensure that we provide best services to our clients.
-Interacting and maintaining good communication with the shipping lines.
-This job helps me in learning and understanding the system and procedures of Import.
-Learning and understanding various benefits (SROs) under which shipments can be imported and cleared and then giving advice to consignee accordingly.
-Goods Declaration is filed for every shipment through Web Based One Customs (WEBOC) or Manually.
-It is required that documents should be well read and properly understood before proceeding in custom clearance of the shipment.
-Responsible for the clearance of goods/products, providing and managing every information involved from port of loading to port of discharge.
-Providing our clients with safe and sound shipment is also the responsibility and part of the job. Also making sure about the rates to be cost effective.
-Every step is according to the rules and regulations of Customs Act.
-Research is also being carried out for all import laws and procedures and maintain knowledge on all Custom Tariffs and licenses and coordinate with finance team and maintain inventory of all products and analyze all loan and insurance documents.
-Make sure that goods which are being imported in the country are well under the country policies and are suitable as far as quality and standards are concerned.
