Collaborated with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Elementary and Secondary Education Department (KPE&SED) and the World Bank, the Centre for Economic Research in Pakistan (CERP) to launch a large-scale pilot of the post-COVID-19 Targeted Instruction Program in 1250 primary schools in Peshawar and Mardan. This program utilizes technology to assist existing schoolteachers in helping primary students catch up to their grade level by mastering essential skills in Urdu, Maths, and English. These foundational skills are vital for comprehending other subjects and enabling further learning.

Planned and implemented specified project activities, including event management, stakeholder communication, and travel arrangements. Organized large training sessions for Master Trainers, primary school teachers, and mentors, as well as make all logistical arrangements for training, meetings, seminars, and events.
Coordinated with both internal (Implementation, Data & Design Team) and external (Education department) stakeholders to ensure seamless information flow and timely task completion.
Conducted regular visits to project sample schools, generated crucial field insights, and shared them with internal stakeholders during weekly Team Calls.
Managed the hiring, and training field team. Ensured proper workload distribution, collected and compiled data from field operations, and informed the data support center\'s focal person in case of any data receiving delays.
Prepared activity-based and monthly work plans, and conducted frequent spot checks at various events and activities in district Mardan, such as PST training venues, school-level data collection, diagnostic tests, timetabling activities, and summative testing. Completed all tasks assigned by the Implementation Lead and Program Manager.
