خلاصہ

Human Resource Management was my passion and experience gained in this field helped me to develop new ideas and implement in the organizations I worked for since 2004. It was a great pleasure to develop new systems, work with different teams, NGOs and funders (national and International) in Pakistan. In addition it was the curiosity that leads to new learning and dimensions have clear my concepts in the HR perspective. There were challenges in learning while working with new and experienced organizations and diverse teams, and cultures but the accomplishments have strengthened me to achieve the best using my potential and through learning. During this course of time I have got some opportunities to develop systems of organizations working at regional and national level namely South Asia Partnership Pakistan, Sungi Development Foundation, Rural Community Development Society, Rural Development Project and sabah Pakistan.

I have completed MS in Management from COMSATS Institute of Information Technology. I have almost full understanding of labour laws existing in Pakistan and their incorporation in organization systems for compliance. The coordination with the Government Departments especially Employees Old Age Benefits Institution (EOBI), Income Tax, and Social Security helped to me to understand the Labour Laws and these institutions functioning.

I have been responsible based on expertise to execute HR Policies and Procedure as well as to plan, perform, manage, monitor, assist, coordinate and maintain the key tasks in the organization. I have managed and supervised HR Units, efficient planning, directing, monitoring, timely reporting, staff supervision, financial management and budgeting, reporting, coordination, monitoring, communication, decision making, TNA, gender equality, gender sensitization, and delegation in HR Section. The supervisor positions were challenging and increased my thrust to learn by strengthening coordination mechanisms among different units to enable smooth functioning of systems.

Moreover, I was responsible for the seamless execution of recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes, as well as designing and delivering employee orientation and training programs. Additionally, I handled staff induction and orientation, succession planning, and the implementation of performance management systems to assess team performance and facilitate appropriate rewards. I also handled employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance reviews with fairness, professionalism, and adherence to company policies and legal regulations. As a seasoned and Administrator, I excelled in orchestrating the seamless operation of office facilities and administrative functions. With a meticulous focus on safety, cleanliness, and efficiency, I oversaw maintenance, security systems, and renovations, ensuring a conducive work environment.
