Led the digital Monitoring and reporting Mechanism for Third Party Performance Monitoring of an Expanded Program on Immunization activities in Super High risk and High-risk UCs of Karachi, Making dashboards and presentations for timely actions
Led a team of 45 people (Field Monitors), for Monitoring, Train them on EPI Manuals and guidelines, Digital Monitoring and reporting tools, Analyze the reported Monitoring data, making analysis reports and submission of reports to concerned officials for real-time corrective measures.

·         Ensure the timely preparation and updating resource Plans of Each UC within identified timeline before each Supplementary Immunization activity.
·         Ensure the availability of all required logistics including Vaccine in Collaboration with Health authorities.
·         Ensure Logistics Distribution as per Demand.
·         Develop Training Needs assessment, Training Implementation and Monitoring Plan engaging Program Key Members, Ensure All Staff have undergone TOT and conduct SPOT check of TOT.
·         Ensure Quality Trainings for All Frontline Staff is conducted prior to Every Campaign and do spot check of frontline staff training.
·         Support Communication Manager in community engagement, still missed children tracking data and other Communication activities.
·         Ensure the Identification of High Risk Population and incorporated in Operational Plans and Monitoring and Supervision Plans.
·         Supervise the Validation and Review Plans of Operations in coordination with Program Officials.
·         Monitor and Supervise the All Tiers deployed in Field for Operational activities for the quality of Results.
·         Supervise all Phases of Operations and flag Gaps for timely corrective actions.
·         Participate in Planning, Readiness and Post Campaign Review Meetings

·         Ensure implementation Communication and Mobilization strategies for targeted areas.
·         Supervise and support engagements with Families for mobilization.
·         Identify the Communication issues at every level and develop evidence based communication and community engagement strategies in consultation with Concerned Officials, these Plans should be based on social profiling.
·         Prepare Social Maps at all levels and review maps of all areas with special focus on targeted population and areas.
·         Follow-up with data team for updating and analysis of data on relevant communication indicators
·         Update/lead on challenge mapping exercise at all levels that the same is updated regularly.
·         Ensure the high level of coordination and collaboration with CEO on all activities.
·         Formation of Coalition (Religious, Political, Trade unions, lawyer’s associations, chamber of commerce, teacher’s associations etc.) to create enabling environment.
·         Participate in Planning meetings at all levels and provide technical inputs on Social Mobilization and Communication.
·         Facilitate follow-ups on the decision Made in Planning Meetings related to communication interventions and social mobilization.
·         Be actively involved in monitoring and Supervision the implementation of communication and social mobilization strategies prior to the campaign at every area. 
·         Ensure the Capacity deployment and Skill enhancement of Communication Officers and Social Mobilizers Regularly.
·         Maintain Media Mapping of the relevant Journalists and Media Outlets (including Print, Radio, Social and Television).
·         Identify and enlist the Blockers (Persons, Institutions, who are hindering the program delivery at field) and propose strategies for engagement.
·         Ensure Crisis communication plan is developed and in-place.
Generate and Submit the Reports on activities (Including Social Mobilization and Community engagement) by the end of every activity and report the impact as well.

• Identify UC-level activities for inclusion in District level communication plan and communicate to District Health Communication Support Officer (DHCSO)
• Identify IEC requirements and distribution plan and coordinate with necessary partners to ensure implementation.
• Ensure influential religious leaders, elders, etc. are included in team micro-plans
• Assist in preparation of SMs’ work plan and ensure inclusion of SMs\' names in the VC micro-plan
• Conduct initial and on-going listing and mapping of underserved communities and classification of these. Keep track of all children under 5, vaccination status, as well as migration patterns and practices.
• To ensure communication and social mobilization planning is included in UC micro plans of the highest quality.
• Support in micro planning, including determining best timings (flexible) for vaccination activities.
• Ensure, through Medical Officer in Charge (UCMOs), that routine immunization services are made available to cover the high risk groups. Implementation & Monitoring (Mapping)
• List congregations that require interventions and mobilize leaders in co-ordination with UCMOs.
• Identify religion/cultural belief system/behaviors and accordingly use this to feed into communication material/ strategies and planning.
• Identify Information Education Communication (IEC) requirements and develop dissemination plans accordingly.
• Hold community events, meetings, rallies, etc. to mobilize underserved groups for polio vaccination
• Identify IEC requirements and distribution plan and coordinate with necessary partners to ensure implementation.
• Monitor effectiveness of SMs and the activities conducted by him/her
• Ensure orientation of Religious and Community leaders at the UC- level.
