My Responsibilities are as follow
Managing Western Union Pan Pakistan remotely.
Remote Desktop Support (Mstsc, VNC, Any Desk and Direct session from admin).
Service desk level 1, system as well as basic network support (Using E-ticketing Service).
Network and local printer/scanner/copier support.
Sharing of server-based files and folders to Branch and within Branch.
Resolving browser related issues.
Managing Server Racks.
Installing of all browsers and also applications like (SQL, Bio Matrix, Rosetta & others).
Installing & Tracing of Computer/Printer Network & Physical addresses.
Installing of Operating system with full configuration
Domain Joining and rejoining resolving trust relation Primary domain fail issues.
Working in Active directory to manage group policy and User Management.
Outlook Email configuration in Desktop/Laptop and in Smart Phones.

As an IT Support officer,
Configured over 300 plus desktops for branches rollout 2019.
Installation of windows OS through WDS.
Troubleshooting and resolution of hardware related issues of branches Systems, Parts replacement and hardware related issues with the Coordination of Vendor.
Installation, Configuration and Troubleshooting of Banking Softwares including network, USB, Wi-Fi printers,
scanners, CCTV cameras etc.
