Responsible for job postings, organizing and conducting the interviews overseeing the recruitment selection of new staff.
Emphasizing on Training Inducting programs.
Formulating organizational structure, Responsible for Job Analysis, developing Job descriptions, Performance Management System, Compensation benefits, Employee relations and etc
Designing HR Policies and procedures, necessary HR documents.
Generation of various HR Letters, monthly appraisals and progress reports, conducting training sessions for staff.
Good understanding of labor laws, and etc
Preparation and implementation of Employee Assessment PMS Docs.
Monitor and verify all Payments Allowances, reimbursements, and responsible for employees Leaves.
Handling all the employee issues facing regarding their salaries, entitled leaves etc
Good knowledge and hands on experience of Job Analysis, revising Job Descriptions, extracting KRA's and KPI's to evaluate employee performance in a good manner or as per PMS.
Liaising with other departments to ensure the effectiveness of policies and procedures.
• Overseeing all HR operations including designing Job Descriptions, Recruitment & Selection, On the job Trainings, Compensation & Benefits and etc.
• Formulating company organograms, HR Policies and procedures and maintaining necessary HR documents.
• Designing company proposals, business plans and quotations.
• Handling different banks as a third party contractor, maintaining complete hiring record and managing their monthly invoices, Payments & Allowances, incentives and reimbursements.
• Working on Employee’s Social Security, EOBI, and health programs. Liasoning with relevant departments for smooth working criteria.
Responsible to work on monthly tax breakups and their submissions.
