· Ensure the publication of recruitment ads in newspapers.
· Collection of job applications and sorting them categorically. Arrange interviews and correspondence with the recruitment committee and candidates.
· Short listing of candidates as per direction given by the Director of Planning & HR.
· Creating a merit sheet in accordance with the 2004 recruitment policy.
· Send call letters/SMS/email to shortlisted candidates for their interviews. Maintaining panel and candidate attendance.
· Ensure the physical appearance of shortlisted candidates.
· Finalization of the minutes of recruitment. Send offer letters to selected candidates and take their acceptance.
· Prepare their joining reports and maintain each individual candidate's personal file, collecting medical, security clearance, and degree verification.
· Creating and keeping track of leaves (maternity, paternity, Umrah, Hajj, ex-Pakistan, medical) drafting an NOC and maintaining their record.
· Drafting of resignation, reliving, termination, and record-keeping. Personal hiring conduct .
Daily responsibilities:
· Maintenance of daily staff attendance and a monthly report.
· Maintaining official data and records.
· Handling/movement of files within or outside the office premises.
· Drafting of official letters as desired by the reporting line, along with scanning, printing, and faxing of desired documents and data as required by the senior management.
