Draft Minutes of meeting with contractors/service providers and material suppliers.
Maintain the lubrication consumption charts/tables of the pumps, hydraulic presses and roller bearings.
Understand the key performance indicators of maintenance department and participate in monthly review sessions.
Tracing of single line diagrams of the mechanical equipments to enhance the familiarity with the process and equipments location.
Submit weekly report of the activities to the reporting officer for the activities performed during the week.
Present monthly presentation to the Maintenance Manager and team for specific as per assigned topic.
