The consultancy is of 45 days in which expert will primary be responsible for organizing and managing a nutrition related event at Islamabad which will also mark completion of ACF’s 40 years globally. The consultant will develop concept to make the event visually appealing, manage invitations and engage stakeholder, designs ICT Material, manage venue (already finalized), social media handling, press releases with coverage in print and electronic media, event photography, and report with annexes.
Achievements:
1. The event became an instant hit among masses and engaged the audience on all social media platforms. The national workshop both hash-tags #ACFinPakistan & #40YearsofACF were trended at top in the country reaching the highest 2nd and 3rd position simultaneously.

Communication Associate on Short term Assessment with SUBAI Project of Palladium funded by European Union to support democratic institutions and promotion of the fundamental rights in Pakistan.
Key Responsibilities, Duties and Tasks:
1. Assist Communications lead in implementing Communications Strategy for the SUBAI Project and ensure implementation in all Assemblies

As the Campaign Coordinator and working with Media and Advocacy Depart, I was responsible for effective implementation of program obligations, ensuring compliance and coordinating between the creative and technical elements across the program in Pakistan, as well as with colleagues within the donor community and stakeholders in the Pakistani government and civil society. The Ministry of Climate Change (MOCC) is the focal government organization to host SACOSAN. In the run-up to the SACOSAN WaterAid Pakistan, both from Pakistan and from the regional offices provide technical support for holding the successful SACOSAN in 10-14 April 2018. This short- term position was part of WAP support to MOCC for SACOSAN.
Key Responsibilities, Duties and Tasks:
1. The Program Officer assist Pakistan National Focal Point (MOCC) and Manager I&E in developing and managing technical and thematic sessions of the SACOSAN and handling activity coordination, briefings, and coordination meetings at WAP office
2. The Program Office distributed time for WAP office and SACOSAN secretariat according to the requirements shared by MOCC.
3. Source and manage the country and civil society delegations’ relationships, facilitate the interface between SACOSAN delegates, speakers and logistics and admin teams.
4. Serves as the liaison between the SACOSAN Secretariat and communication, logistics and admin teams and prepare a progress report for a national focal person.
5. Assist Communication Committee and making Communication strategy for SACOSAN, including supervising Social Media Team, managing rapporteur team and assisting Principal Information officer MOCC in drafting Press Release.
