Working in the HR & Compliance Department, associating with international buyer's technical audits, ISO audits, OKEO Tex organic products, security audits, as well as social compliance audits.
Policies and executing trainings Regarding the occupational health and safety of the workers, as well as working on social audits and certifications,
Responsible for establishing, implementing, and monitoring international and national textile standards as well as EMS, QMS, and CSR policies and procedures, objectives, and targets.
Responsible for visiting and ensuring proper arrangement of any department before starting to function, so that all standard requirements should be fulfilled before the start of any new business process.
Responsible for conducting Environment Testing and collecting reports, e.g., water, waste water noise, emissions, etc.
Responsible for ensuring record of routine-wise HSE inspection , HSE Committee & Workers welfare Council, etc.
