Handling and responsible for MEP Team ,
Responsible for onsite construction support for MEP systems and will oversee the start-up, balancing, commissioning and validation certification of these systems, including owner training and project closeout.
Develop and oversee project specific MEP quality and safety programs, including leading safety cause mapping for post MEP safety events
Responsible to supervise the Testing & Commissioning documents and project handing over documents required as per Urban Planning Council / ESTIDAMA with the proper coordination of main contractor’s appointed PQP and Client’s ICA (Independent Commissioning Agent) as well as with the Sub-contractor’s appointed testing commissioning third party.
Supervising the MEP team operation
Analyzes quality data to discover trends and determine the extent of process adherence by field Partners. Ensures all trade activity meets company standards when appropriate. Ensures all established TD company policies and procedures plus customer QA/QC requirements.
Reviews engineering plans for process improvements
Creates and maintains quality documents and records, such as test reports, check lists, etc. Drives accountability and continuous improvement throughout the business unit.
