Database Administration
Ø Installation & configuration ofOracle 12c database server on Windows 2k12 OS platform.
Ø Manage schedule and manual backups both Hot and Cold and check its validity by restoring Test environment.

Ø Oracle Fusion Middleware Repository creation and configuration as per application requirements.

Ø Employ appropriate application maintenance, support and incident management processes and procedures to support and maintain IT applications, and to investigate and resolve IT application-related incidents.
Ø As required, provide timely communication to users on the status of their service requests and incidents.
