• Oversee operations of Extruder, Wire drawing, Breading & Stranding machines, ensuring compliance with BS & IEC-Standards. Calibration and maintenance of E&I equipment’s for machines including robotic sensors.
• Verify quality of raw materials like copper or aluminum conductors and insulation materials.
• Perform visual inspections, measurements, and tests on cable samples for electrical and mechanical properties.
• Ensure cables meet required standards for dimensions, insulation quality, and length.
• Conduct high voltage tests to assess insulation capability under stress conditions.
• Evaluate mechanical strength through tensile and elongation tests.
• Assess cables' performance under thermal stress and in wet environments.
• Maintain accurate labeling and investigate deviations or defects.
• Collaborate with production teams to address issues and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain calibration and upkeep of testing equipment for reliable results.

◦ Worked as an installation and commissioning engineer in AMI (Advanced Metering Infrastructure) project, under Etisalat, Abu Dhabi Distribution (ADDC) and Al Ain Distribution (AADC).◦ The major role was installation, commissioning and troubleshooting of smart IoT devices to the smart meters and commission them with the Head End System (HES).
