Administer questionnaires provided by the programme team and accurately record responses collect data, Verify and properly file, and report. Contact individuals to schedule home visits or phone call discussion for assessment or monitoring activities in relation to programme activities. Conduct interviews in a dignified manner, ensuring that the interviewing candidates meet the criteria set by the project. Ensure of the quality and accuracy of information collected by systematically verifying and correcting questionnaires at the end of each interview. Ensure timely submission of data and proper archiving of forms. Monitor the assistance/distribution process and ensure that right candidate will receive the assistance in a dignified manner. Document the activities and provide progress report on the activities on daily basis. Participate in briefing and debriefing sessions with the Programme Officer and provide regular updates on progress and challenges. Provide relevant input and recommendations to improve data collection and processing throughout the course of the assignment.
Monitor the outflow of Undocumented Afghans across border crossing points between Pakistan and Afghanistan and record them on a daily basis.
Prepare daily updates/statistics of outflow monitoring to be shared with the supervisor
Represent IOM in meetings at the local level around the border area if required.
Observe/report any incidents at the duty station concerning the movements.
Update the database regularly with details as required.
Ensure compliance of the provided guidelines for day to day work routine.
Promptly address issues arising during working time in consultation with respective managers or their delegates
• To identify and developed appropriate interventions in each community by using baseline data, community mobilization meetings, and transect walks with local communities with emphasis on female involvement.
• To develop an appropriate implementation process to expedite the initial phase of the project.
• Ensure transportation and distribution of different project materials in coordination with project committee members.
• To prepare weekly and monthly reporting and progress of the project.
• Ensure the development of monitoring schedules, plans and tools.
• To conduct surveys and evaluations of PREPARED Pakistan projects.
• Ensure constructive analysis of PREPARED Pakistan programs and project and suggest recommendations for the improvement of project performance.
• Together data during needs assessments, baseline studies, and periodic studies, and help feed back findings to stakeholders.

The Project Officer is responsible for managing the NFI team tasks including:
• Supporting the Project Coordinator in planning and scheduling distribution of NFIs for NRC.
• Supporting the Project Coordinator in planning and scheduling distribution of NFIs received as in-kind donations.
• Representing NRC when necessary in coordination meetings where the subject is replenishment of NFIs.
• Ensuring that all refugees are provided with Non-Food Items (NFIs) in a timely and equitable manner.
• Preparing all documentation and paperwork needed by the Project Coordinator to ensure smooth running of the day and night shifts (attendance sheets, daily monitoring sheets, incident reports etc)
• Preparing daily reports for NRC about numbers of number of NFIs distributed, number of tent tickets distributed, and number of special referrals.
• Preparing weekly and monthly reports analysing trends such as numbers of new arrivals and number of tent tickets distributed.
• Liaising with counterparts from other organisations involved in arrival distribution and registration activities to ensure coordinated procedures.
• Responding to any security incidents by following strict NRC internal Security Management procedures and ensuring the safety of staff on site.
