OBJECTIVE:
Seeking a position in Finance/ Accounting/ Business Management/Development/Administration, where day-to-day management of the finance and administration functions, ensuring that these functions meet full legal requirements in each of the offices of the organization and strive for bottom-line results. Will be comfortable operating at an executive level and demonstrating ability to collaborate and build strong working relationships with other departments and with people at various levels of the organization.
EXPERIENCE (ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES):
• Develop and maintain information management systems consistent with the needs of office environment and in line with professional standards in public administration.
• Undertake the management of all administrative correspondence.
• Reporting, Forecasting and analyzing new customer acquisition.
• General customer service and customer relationship management.
• Answer phone calls guide students and immigration clients regarding study and immigration visa processes.
• Deal with incoming & outgoing mails.
• Organise & book venues for various Events, Seminars and Expos for Business Development.
• Multitasking activities
• Supervise team members to ensure smooth processing of admissions in International Universities and Colleges for clients.
• Counseling of students and immigration clients for case submission.
• Follow up of new students and immigration clients for case submission.
• Update existing clients about developments in their admissions or immigration processes.
• Marketing activities including SMS marketing, Social Media, Seminars, and Education Expos.
Admissions in foreign universities for students, Counseling sessions with students, Presentation in education expos, Visa processes for different countries USA, Canada, Germany, Switzerland, New Zealand, Portugal, Hungary, France, Latvia. Marketing activities for promotion of different products of Zahaq Associates Pvt Ltd.
