My appointment in the PAF were:-
1 Officer Incharg Air Force Police / Base Security Manager.
Ø Served as a front line Crisis Control Manager, managed day-to-day physical security and safety operations for Pakistan Air Force, with particular focus on Technical areas, domestic camps and placed X-ray scanners, metal detectors, walkthrough gates, visual inspection / adopted other security measures at guard rooms for implementation of strict entry / Exit control.
Ø Investigated accidents / incidents and provided well articulated reports, briefings, and after action recommendations.
Ø Conducted VVIP / VIP visits at PAF, trained staff on occupant emergency plans, incident response protocols, assisted protection and public relation.
Ø Directed PAF Police and other security staff in safety and security measures and enforced discipline in the organization.
Ø Created and maintained security clearance report, incident report databases of Civilian contractors working in PAF / Base personnel.
Ø Filed and managed all personnel security standards and documents, in accordance with the Air Headquarters policy.
Issuance of security passes to Base personnel, visitors, Contractors, labours etc), initiated their verification and maintained security survey of the Base personnel living in domestic camps.
2. Administration / Human Rsourcs Manager at Pakistan Air Force:-
Ø Capable of managing multiple tasks with an emphasis on retaining quality standards, ability to quickly assess and prioritize projects and office tasks.
Ø Proficient at evaluating problems, conflict management, quickly devising practical solutions with solid communication skill.
Ø Prepared staff works schedules, coordinated meetings and ensured that conference room was ready for in-house meetings.
Ø Worked to improve overall office productivity, management and execution of all administrative matters in the field of personnel management.
Ø As a good team player, developed strategies in administrative field, supervised / managed administrative operations and directed the activities of staff to effectively run the organization and meet tight deadline.
Ø Interaction with other departments / organizations in managing the entire administrative operation.
Ø Supervised clerical and other administrative personnel by communicating job expectations, maintenance of records, files, statements and organized appraisal of job results in effective manners.
Ø Set policies / procedures for training, coaching, counseling, and career development for staff, recommended honours / awards for talented and outstanding personnel of the organization.
Ø Kept service documents of personnel working in the organization to facilitate them in getting their salary, allowances, medical treatment etc.
3. Officr Incharge Fire safty at PAF:-
Ø Arranged Daily Fire practice drill.
Ø Assessed fire strategy for all relevant buildings.
Ø Arrangement of weekly fire lecture for personnel working in the department.
Ø Investigate and produce reports on occurring fire incident.
Ø Inspection of all fire fighting equipments for its readiness.
Ø Upkeep and maintenance of Fire Vehicles (DFTs and Fire bouser) and other fire extinguishers.
Ø Coordination with other Local Fire brigades to handle any fire contingency effectively.
4. 3. Health Safety and Environment Manager at PAF:-
Ø Used Sign Boards to highlight risk and improved lights.
Ø Improved safety equipments such as guards or additional personal protective equipments including goggles, safety boots or high visibility clothing.
Ø Replacement of hazardous items with less harmful alternatives.
Ø Provided safe, secure and well maintained facilities such as first aid and washing that met environmental, health and secure standards.
Ø Involved and consulted with workers and their training on safety.
Ø Consulted with employees on the safest way to perform a job.
Ø Issued of travel advisory to personnel proceeding on leave, attachment, Temporary duties etc.at PAF.
