§  Ensure close coordination with District administration and relevant departments for the smooth implementation of the project activities.
§  Promote social cohesion and peacebuilding among the Pakistan and Afghani community.
§  Provide individual and group psychosocial counseling to the project beneficiaries in the Project area.
§  Target communities and/or at the Women Friendly Health Space and mobile outreach.
§  Ensure professional psychological assessment and support for all beneficiary cases and closely monitor and document the psychological recovery of cases.
§  Produce and maintain accurate records of the beneficiaries’ cases keep all case documents locked/protected and confidential.
§  Provide referral of beneficiaries for additional assistance as needed to external service providers.
§  Conduct psychosocial information awareness-raising sessions in the targeted communities.
§  Engage the men and women of the community in discussions around women’s rights and gender-based violence.
§  Identify problems with GBV and access to services and provide a recommendation to mitigate them.
§  Set up a monitoring system to evaluate the effectiveness and the impact of the planned individual and group psychological support on the beneficiaries.
§  Support/give training to OHW staff on how to identify signs of possible abuse affecting the beneficiaries at the WFHS and encountered through outreach and awareness-raising activities.
§  Support/give training to other local actors and community members on psychological first aid (PFA) identification and referral of persons in need of psychosocial support including principles of working with children and survivors.
§  Provide support in needs assessment surveys for future protection programming.
§  Submit weekly progress reports of the activities to line manager.
Perform other relevant duties as needed or requested.

Work with patients who have a range of conditions, including neurological, neuromusculo skeletal, cardiovascular and respiratory, sometimes over a period of weeks
Make a clinical assessment and diagnosis in order to treat their physical problem/condition
Design and review clinical management plans that encourage exercise and movement by the use of a range of techniques, and which may include specialist rehabilitation, life-style medicine, long-term strategies, and clinical techniques
Involve parents and carers in the treatment, review and rehabilitation of patients
Educate patients and their carers about how to prevent and/or improve conditions
Write patient case notes and reports, and collect statistics.
Liaise with other healthcare professionals, such as GPs, consultants, occupational therapists, and social workers, to exchange information about the background and progress of patients, as well as to refer patients who require other medical attention
Keep up to date with new techniques and technologies available for treating patients
Supervise student and junior physiotherapists and physiotherapy support workers
