- Prepare & finalizing Fire & Engineering Policies, Endorsement, Cover Notes, Quotations & Renewal
Notices.
- Conducting the inspection of the risk & submit survey report to Head of Department.
- Co-ordinate between Head office & Branch offices.
- Follow-up outstanding contribution & Renewal Policies.
- Making Confirmation/Genuineness, General letter & Internal Memorandum.
- Keeping update record files of department.
- Resolve issues come from Clients, Agents, Finance & IT.
- In the absence of my senior officers I take charge and try to best complete all work which are under
my senior officers responsibilities.
