This is done by effective result-oriented coordination with relevant departments or seeking support of Regional Sales Manager when and where needed.n Implementing franchise stock ordering criterion of the month as pre-defined by Regional Sales Managern Establishing developing a highly skilled sales force of franchises which possess refined selling skills especially in a challenging highly competitive selling environment n Monitoring control of Franchises their sales channel , so as to make sure that they abide by all rules and regulations mentioned in company-franchise agreement (duly signed by them) and both franchise owner, staff Points of- sale follow company policies and procedures n Strictly maintaining quality standards pre-set by PTML for all its business partners and ensuring non-violation of the same.n Monitoring controlling cross-territory sales and timely informing Regional Sales Manager.n Developing further sales channel of franchises by adding more freelancers retailers as their Points of -sale, thus improving overall distribution networkn By identifying short-listing new potential franchises in existing cities if required, and in new cities, to be forwarded to regional management for final selection and induction, followed by supervision of their build-out and re-do of the old franchises (if needed) nnSuccessfully launched Retail Sales Promo's in the Region n By implementation of Regional Sales Manager's retail promo plan of company's products activities in assigned area right from the phase of commercial testing, pre-launch soft launch till post launch phase, including 100 or above launch city sales targets achievement . n Have a great coordination confidence level with the support functions like Engineering, Franchise support/customer operations, Sales Distribution, IT, Finance, Marketing Administration department for day-to-day issues.nn Building strengthening relationships/Public Relations with franchises' Points-of-sale freelancers by regular freelancer market visits to an extent that they prefer selling company's brand to the end user product could thus be pushed aggressively.
