Work Permit
Keeping front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material
Keeping an eye on housekeeping staff for keeping the premises clean and presentable all the time
Ensure timely and accurate customer service
Greeting and welcoming members as they enter the premises
Answering questions and addressing complaints
Answer all incoming calls and keep messages and response timely
Prepare outgoing mail and messages by drafting correspondence including scheduling and rescheduling of time of members
Preparing and sending invoices to members by mail, SMS or by handing invoices personally when members are in premises
Collection of the monthly fee from members by proper follow-up
Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
Keep updated records and files
Monitor office expenses and costs
Manage appointments for sales through social media and referrals etc
Making sales by explaining the procedures to prospected members who come after appointments
Managing social (Facebook, Instagram etc) by preparing and updating proper material
Ensure the company’s policies and security requirements are met
Take up other duties as assigned by reporting authority
Must have good communication skills (spoken & written)
