<p>Presently I am working in the capacity of Senior Audit Associate in Reanda Haroon Zakaria & Co., Chartered Accountants. My key responsibilities include:</p> <p> </p> <p>• Preparing reports on audit findings and making recommendations to improve organization's accounting and management practices, controls and systems;</p> <p> </p> <p>• Communication with the client to obtain understanding of their business and discuss critical issues;</p> <p> </p> <p>• Ensured compliance with all other statutory requirements, rules and regulations including Companies Act</p> <p> </p> <p>• Employed analytical skills and audit tools to critically evaluate and document the existing business,</p> <p>accounting and finance systems/internal controls, followed by preparation of management letters specifying</p> <p>system/control weaknesses and suggesting improvements for the control environment.</p> <p> </p> <p>• Consultation on significant matters with professionals such as lawyers, tax advisors, actuaries and IT experts;</p> <p> </p> <p>• Delegation and professional development of sub-ordinate staff;</p> <p> </p> <p>• Planning, execution, and reporting on audit engagement;</p> <p> </p> <p>• Advice and support to client in compliance of IAS, IFRS and other regulatory requirements;</p> <p> </p> <p>Precisely, my experience in the firm has enabled me to develop a comprehensive understanding of the competitive and regulatory environments of diversified industries and the accounting and internal control systems implemented at various organizations.</p>
