Follow up on day-to-day production activities and resolve problems on priority for smooth business operations.
Preparing and distributing production plan on daily, weekly and monthly basis across all production streams.
Deliver upon various production KPIs including but not limited to yield improvements, Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE), utilities and material consumption.
Ensuring production targets are delivered as per the plans.
Managing periodic maintenance of process equipment’s during planned shutdowns after discussion with Maintenance/Electrical Managers.
Suggest/propose any development ideas for improvements in equipment’s or processes.

Inbound Logistics:
Execute an effective and streamlined inbound operations process from South division (Karachi, Hyderabad & Sukkur) and Intra-city Vendors to North division (Raiwind, Islamabad, Multan & Faisalabad) against Semi Finished Goods, Finished Goods and POS material, by ensuring:
o    shortest lead time with integrity of product through the inbound supply chain by establishing appropriate and consistent communication flows.
o    availability of updated inbound tracking tool for shipment visibility through the inbound supply chain.
Distribution Operations and Reverse Logistics:
Execute shipment routing in line with validated, process and lead-time optimum, and cost-efficient transportation modes while ensuring appropriate measures are taken at the distribution center.
Wherever possible, execute reverse logistics processes of reusable materials and return of products to location in a timely manner once product is offloaded at return warehouse.
LSP Selection & Evaluation:
LSP selection & performance, prepare Cartage & Freight Contracts and Negotiate rates.
Continually try to improve and develop business performance within the constraints of legislation, fuel costs and rising environmental pressures.

Warehousing and Inventory Control:
Ownership of handling, storage & distribution of (FG+POS) products to the customer and end consumer as well.
Deal with planning, production, quality, sales, administration, and general management issues, which include the day-to-day supervision of staff and overseeing work, organized.
Keep an eye on smooth execution from 3PL Warehouse against Sales Orders & STO.
Overall responsibility including Opex, Capex and Operational KPIs of warehouses (owned & 3rd Party) across the network.
Efficient utilization of space and MHE’s, ensuring quality, budgetary targets are met
Prepare, maintain, communicate relevant operational SOP\'s which includes, monitoring space utilization/layout and maximizing usage/making recommendations.
Responsible for the Warehousing Services Agreement with 3rd Party
Execute the inventory management process as per Company policy, including and not limited to:


Periodic cycle count, Annual stock count & Periodic inventory reconciliation


Ensure adjustments (if required) are executed in time, by securing appropriate approvals from the Top Management and Finance department
Maintaining a robust process for moving expired, near expired and damaged products to destruction and hold locations.

Maintains receiving, warehousing and distribution operations by measuring, initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational and personnel policies and procedures.

Duties:
Maintain a warehouse with 6200 pallets space.
Manage all aspects of warehousing i.e. Inbound, Storage and Outbound.
Supervising and leading a team of 53 warehouse staff & facilitate external organizational visitors.

Communication with departments to coordinate warehouse activities.
Keep an eye on the MHE’s and warehouse maintenance.
Comply with H & S guideline and maintain daily Housekeeping in the Warehouse and Yard.
Maintain company equipment, facilities and products in an organized and professional fashion.
Performance of any other duties as required by the Channel Manager.

Duties:
Responsible for the management of the warehouse and organization policies.
Ensure that standard systems are properly maintained at warehouse.
Overview & Maintain the Warehouse stocks on Hand and produce regular stock report and daily stock position.
Maintaining storage area by organizing floor space.
Ensure FIFO (first in first out) is followed.
Market/Trade returns are taken as per approvals from channel manager and products are checked as per the documents received.
Prepare all procedures and necessary steps for product disposal.
Prepare Empty report on regular basis.
Conduct Physical stock counting to control inventory.
In house training to be carried out on regular basis.
Ensuring the health, safety, cleanliness and security of the work environment.
Provide data entry, shipping documents and other administrative services.
