Responsible for whole Personnel Management of field force for SBU-III & SBU-V which includesa. Processing new employee details in SAP/HCM.b. Making hard files of new joiners and assuring completion of documents.c. Updating Confirmations and PF details.d. Making bank account opening letters and issuance of appointment letters.e. Promotions, transfers and other related increments.f. Updating leavers on monthly basis.g. Processing closed files and reviewing salary breakup and other asset details.h. Making FSA letters.i. Dispatching cheques along with letters.j. Termination and warnings of field force employees.Responsible for verification of all joiners in field force form ASM level and above.
Conduct interviews of TMS of relevant groups.
To facilitate the employees which are entitle to have company's mobile sets as per the policy.
Support and ensure up to date entry of candidate information into the database.
Assist in the onboarding of new employees till officers which includes all the arrangements i.e. setting up their workstation, orientation etc.
To keep up to date organograms of all the departments.
To assist in Organizing processing employees Workshop / Trainings externally / internally and keep record of it.
To assist in the Job Descriptions of Head office and Factory staff.
Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives & systems.

Compiling and presenting information as per the instructions of Line Manager.
Cope up with employee recognition program monthly in coordination with respective line managers for feedback and nominations.
Organize employee engagement activities as per the instructions of Line Manager.

Preparation of all official employee documents related heads such as appointment letters, IOS, Office orders, transfer / promotion letters, explanation /warning letters, resign / termination letters,
Analysis and processing of employees cases related to full and final settlements, social security, and EOBI of pertinent head.
Deposits social security and EOBI contribution .
Preparation of company payroll assigned.
Processing the payroll cases / queries of all employees of the assigned company/head.
Assisting the AM / Senior HR Officer in routine tasks.
Maintaining the regular and monthly attendance.
Maintaining all kind of official records related to HR department.
Preparation and issuance of employee cards.
Official Correspondence on behalf of HR department in form of letters and emails.
Perform Uniform checks as regulator, twice a day.
Manage daily operations of department in the absence of my Supervisor.
Working on provident fund.
Visit social security office for deposit of contribution.
Drafting and Posting Job Ads.
Screening of resumes / shortlisting of candidates / and providing recommendations to the managers.
Call out the candidates to communicate the interview schedule / Conduct telephonic interviews.
Perform reference and background check(s) along with the verification of candidates documents.
Employee onboard and orientation session.
Visit khalid & khalid Builders (pvt) Ltd project site to resolve administration issues and employe engagement.
Working on project site payroll.
Any others task(s) assigned by department head or management.
